| 1/2 tsp honey |
| 1/2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice |
| 1/4 apple sliced |
| 1 sprig rosemary |
| 1 cinnamon stick |

- In a rocks glass, combine the bourbon, honey, apple juice/cider, and fresh lemon juice.
- Add ice and stir for 15 seconds.
