We’re sorry that you are having trouble logging into The Food Life! Here are some solutions to common issues that could prevent you from logging into your account.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting our password reset page and following these steps:
If you signed up for The Kitchen Raid with your Google or Firefox Account, it's possible that you have not set a specific password.
You must set a password in order to log into TheFoodLife.co with a username or email address and to log into any applications that do not have Log in with Google or Log in with Firefox buttons.
To set a password, just follow the instructions above to reset your password. If you don't remember your username, visit Forgot My Username and we'll email it to you if your email is on file.
If you used the Food Life in the past, you may find that your account does not have an email address associated with it. We encourage you to attach your email address so you can reset your password if you forget it. Click here to add a primary email address to your account.
If you cannot sign in to your account and suspect that you don’t have an email address attached, we may be able to help. Please complete the Support Contact form with as much detail as possible and our support team will assist further.
If you have subscribed to any of our "member" programs, that content will only be visible to ACTIVE Subscribers. You can use your existing username and password to log in to The Food Life. There is no need to sign up for a new account. Everything saved in your Food Life account will be automatically carried over to each subscription. Visit the "My Subscriptions" tab and verify you have an active subscription.
If you’re not receiving emails to the email on file, it is possible that our email may have been marked as SPAM and moved to your SPAM Folder or TRASH. Please verify the emails have not been moved and add our domains (thefoodlife.co AND kitchenraid.flowtrack.me) to your SAFE SENDERS list.
