3 oz fresh carrot juice |
1 oz ginger syrup (storebought or simmer 1 inch of ginger with 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar to make ginger simple syrup) |
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice |
1 drop vanilla extract |
1 1/2 oz ounces ginger beer (Fever Tree) |
Garnish: Carrot curls and sprig of parsley |
Add all the ingredients, except ginger beer, to a shaker with ice (or use any lidded jar)
Strain the contents into wine glass with ice and top with ginger beer. Stir lightly with a spoon, just once or twice around, so you don’t kill the bubbles.
