Rob Guimond is the Chef and Owner of Public Display of Affection in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY. A native of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Rob worked as a chef at Grange Kitchen and Bar before moving to New York in 2014 and considers himself lucky to have worked as a chef in the acclaimed kitchens at Jean Georges, Robertas, and Speedy Romeo.
